FileMap Workshops

FileMap Workshops are interactive sessions designed to explore and improve collaborative digital workflows. These workshops take two forms: Academic & Professional Workshops, which focus on structured adoption in studios and workplaces, and Experimental Community Workshops, where designers come together for open-ended creative exploration.

1. Academic & Professional Workshops

These workshops are tailored for design studios, academic institutions, and professional teams looking to integrate FileMap into their workflows. The goal is to introduce FileMap’s capabilities, improve digital collaboration, and enhance process-driven design projects.

Who It’s For

  • University design studios (architecture, industrial design, city planning, etc.)

  • Creative teams managing complex projects

  • Educators and researchers seeking better file management solutions

Workshop Structure

  1. Introduction & Context – Understanding FileMap’s role in collaborative design.

  2. Live Demonstration – Hands-on walkthrough of workspace organization, version tracking, and team workflows.

  3. Hands-On Activity – Participants apply FileMap to a real or simulated project.

  4. Q&A & Feedback – Open discussion on usability, needs, and improvements.

Join Us

We collaborate with universities, studios, and organizations to bring FileMap into real-world design processes. If you’re interested in hosting a FileMap Workshop at your institution or workplace, reach out to us to schedule a session!

2. Experimental Community Workshops

Unlike structured training sessions, Experimental Community Workshops are open gatherings where designers explore new ways of working together using FileMap. These sessions focus on play, iteration, and pushing the boundaries of digital collaboration.

Who It’s For

  • Designers, architects, and creatives from various fields

  • Artists and thinkers interested in new digital workflows

  • Anyone curious about collaborative design and file management

Workshop Structure

  1. Concept Introduction – A brief discussion on experimental design methodologies.

  2. Collaborative Experimentation – Participants engage in hands-on design challenges using FileMap.

  3. Live Iteration & Reflection – Observing and adapting workflows in real time.

  4. Discussion & Insights – Sharing experiences and brainstorming new ideas for digital collaboration.

What We Explore

During these workshops, we showcase and experiment with various cutting-edge design tools and workflows, including:

  • Rendering and Visualization

  • AI Image Generation

  • 3D Modeling

  • AI Agent Workflows

  • And many more innovative design processes
